Qwikly ("we", "our", "us") operates the Qwikly mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Video Content: Videos you upload (showcase videos, practice videos, feedback recordings) and associated annotations and drawings.

Usage Data: App interactions, device information, and crash reports to improve the app experience.

Communications: Messages sent through the app between students and teachers.

• Stripe: Payment processing and teacher payouts
• Daily.co: Live video call infrastructure
• Cloudflare: Content delivery and media hosting
• Expo: Push notifications

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Videos and files are stored using cloud storage with access controls. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Video content is retained until you delete it or close your account. Transaction records are retained as required by financial regulations.

You have the right to:
